You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return, and another 14 days to send it back.  Items must be unopened and in it's original packaging.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged:

• Within 30 days: We'll send you a full replacement.

• Report faulty items immediately to info@beautyandthebulk.com with photos.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@beautyandthebulk.com with your order number.

2. Return the items to: Beauty & The Bulk Ltd, 22-24 Homecroft Road, London, N22 5EL, United Kingdom

• Note: You pay return postage unless the item is faulty. Tracked shipping is highly recommended.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Standard delivery charges are only refunded if the entire order is returned.
